Artikel 76.(1) Die Mitglieder der Bundesregierung (Artikel 69 und 71) sind dem Nationalrat gemäß Artikel 142 verantwortlich.(2) Zu einem Beschluß, mit dem eine Anklage gemäß Artikel 142 erhoben wird, bedarf es der Anwesenheit von mehr als der Hälfte der Mitglieder.

第76条(1) 連邦政府の構成員（第69条および第71条）は、第142条により国民議会に責任を負う。(2) 第142条による弾劾が提起される決議には、議員の半数以上の出席を要する。

Art. 76.(1) Pursuant to Art. 142, the members of the Federal Government (Arts. 69 and 71) are responsible to the National Council.(2) The presence of more than half the members is requisite to a motion which prefers a charge pursuant to Art. 142.
