Artikel 75.
Die Mitglieder der Bundesregierung sowie die Staatssekretäre sind berechtigt, an allen Verhandlungen des Nationalrates, des Bundesrates und der Bundesversammlung sowie der Ausschüsse (Unterausschüsse) dieser Vertretungskörper teilzunehmen, jedoch an Verhandlungen des ständigen Unterausschusses des Hauptausschusses und der Untersuchungsausschüsse des Nationalrates nur auf besondere Einladung. Sie haben nach den näheren Bestimmungen des Bundesgesetzes über die Geschäftsordnung des Nationalrates sowie der Geschäftsordnung des Bundesrates das Recht, auf ihr Verlangen jedesmal gehört zu werden. Der Nationalrat, der Bundesrat und die Bundesversammlung sowie deren Ausschüsse (Unterausschüsse) können die Anwesenheit der Mitglieder der Bundesregierung verlangen und diese um die Einleitung von Erhebungen ersuchen.

連邦政府の構成員ならびに政務次官は、 国民議会、連邦参議院、および連邦総会ならびに、これらの代議機関の委員会（小委員会）の全討議に参加する権限を有するが、但し、 主要委員会の常設小委員会および国民議会の審査委員会の討議には、特別な招請によってのみ、参加する権限を有する。連邦政府の構成員ならびに政務次官は、国民議会の議院規則に関する連邦法ならびに連邦参議院の議院規則の詳細な規定により、その要求に基づきいつでも発言する、権利を有する。国民議会、連邦参議院、および連邦総会、ならびにその委員会（小委員会）は、連邦政府の構成員の出席を要求し、提案理由の説明を求めることができる。

Art. 75.
The members of the Federal Government as well as the State Secretary are entitled to participate in all deliberations by the National Council, the Federal Council, and the Federal Assembly as well as the committees (sub-committees) of these representative bodies, but only at special invitation in the deliberations by the Standing Sub-Committee of the National Council's Main Committee and by the National Council's Committees of Inquiry. On each occasion they must, in accordance with the detailed provisions of the Federal law on the National Council's Standing Orders and of the Federal Council's Standing Orders, at their request be given a hearing. The National Council, the Federal Council, and the Federal Assembly as well as their committees (sub-committees) can require attendance by members of the Federal Government and request them to initiate investigations.
