Artikel 112.Nach Maßgabe der Artikel 108 bis 111 gelten für die Bundeshauptstadt Wien im übrigen die Bestimmungen des Abschnittes C dieses Hauptstückes mit Ausnahme des Artikel 117 Abs. 6 zweiter Satz, des Artikel 119 Abs. 4 und des Artikel 119a. Artikel 142 Absatz 2 lit. e findet auch auf die Führung des vom Bund der Bundeshauptstadt Wien übertragenen Wirkungsbereiches Anwendung.

第112条第108条から第111条によるとともに、連邦首都ヴィーンに関しては、更に、本章第Ｃ節の規定を、第117条第６項第２段、第119条第４項、および第119a条を除き、適用する。第142条第２項第ｅ号も、連邦から連邦首都ヴィーンに移転された管轄範囲の指導に適用する。

Art. 112.Allowing for Arts. 108 to 111 inclusive, the provisions in Section C of this Chapter hold good in other respects for the Federal capital Vienna, with the exception of Art. 117 para. 6 second sentence, Art. 119 para. 4 and Art. 119a. Art. 142 para. 2 sub-para. e also applies to the conduct of the sphere of competence assigned by the Federation to the Federal capital, Vienna.
