Artikel 48.
Bundesgesetze und die in Artikel 50 bezeichneten Staatsverträge werden mit Berufung auf den Beschluß des Nationalrates, Bundesgesetze, die auf einer Volksabstimmung beruhen, mit Berufung auf das Ergebnis der Volksabstimmung kundgemacht.

連邦法および第50条に掲げられた条約は、国民議会の決議に基づく付託により、国民投票に基づく連邦法に基づく付託により、または国民投票の結果に基づく付託により、公布される。

Art. 48.
Federal laws and the treaties specified in Art. 50 will be published with reference to their adoption by the National Council, Federal laws based upon a referendum with reference to the result of that referendum.
