§ 53 Übergangsregelung

§ 3 Abs. 4 gilt entsprechend für Änderungen von Landesgrenzen, die nach § 2 Abs. 2 und 3 des Ländereinführungsgesetzes vom 22. Juli 1990 (GBl. I Nr. 51 S. 955) vorgenommen werden.

第３条第４項は、1990年7月22日（連邦官報Ⅰ第51号955頁）の州設置法第２条第２項及び第３項の規定により行われる州境界線変更に準用される。

Article 53 Transitory payment

Subparagraph 4 of article 3 is worth by analogy for the modifications of the layout of the borders of Land to which it was proceeded according to subparagraphs' 2 and 3 of article 2 of the law on the institution of Länder on July 22, 1990 (federal Official Journal 1, No 51, p. 955).

§ 53 Temporary agreement

§ 3 exp. 4 applies accordingly to modifications of national boundaries, which are made after §2 exp. 2 and 3 of the land introductory law from 22 July 1990 (GBl. I No. 51 P. 955).
