§ 54 Fristen und Termine
Die in diesem Gesetz vorgesehenen Fristen und Termine verlängern oder ändern sich nicht dadurch, daß der letzte Tag der Frist oder ein Termin auf einen Sonnabend, einen Sonntag, einen gesetzlichen oder staatlich geschützten Feiertag fällt. Eine Wiedereinsetzung in den vorigen Stand ist ausgeschlossen.

第54条 期間及び期日
この法律において予定された期間および期日は、その期間の最終日もしくは期日が土曜日、日曜日或いは法律または国家で保護された休日に重なっても、それによって延長も変更もされない。以前の状態への再指定はできない。

Article 54 Times and dates
The deadlines and dates envisaged in the present law are not prolonged or are not modified owing to the fact that the last day of time or a date coincides with one Saturday, one Sunday, one official holiday or a public holiday protected by the State. A suppression of the consequences resulting from a preclusion is excluded.
§ 54 Periods and dates
The periods and dates designated in this law extend or do not change not by the fact that the last day of the period or a date falls on one Saturday, one Sunday, a legal or nationally protected holiday. A re-instatement into the previous status is impossible.
