§ 49b Staatliche Mittel für andere Kreiswahlvorschläge(1) Bewerber eines nach Maßgabe der §§ 18 und 20 von Wahlberechtigten eingereichten Wahlvorschlages, die mindestens 10 vom Hundert der in einem Wahlkreis abgegebenen gültigen Erststimmen erreicht haben, erhalten je gültige Stimme 4,00 Deutsche Mark. Die Mittel sind im Bundeshaushaltsplan auszubringen. (2) Die Festsetzung und die Auszahlung der staatliche Mittel sind von dem Bewerber innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach dem Zusammentritt des Deutschen Bundestages beim Präsidenten des Deutschen Bundestages schriftlich zu beantragen; danach eingehende Anträge bleiben unberücksichtigt. Der Betrag wird von dem Präsidenten des Deutschen Bundestages festgesetzt und ausgezahlt. (3) Die Vorschriften des Parteiengesetzes über die absolute und relative Obergrenze finden keine Anwendung. |
第49b条 その他の選挙区候補者推薦のための国家財政措置(1) 第18条及び第20条の割合に従って選挙権者により提出された候補者推薦の、選挙区で投票されたされた有効な第一投票の少なくとも10パーセントを達成した候補者は、１有効投票あたり4.00ドイツマルクを受け取る。財政措置は連邦財政予算において取られねばならない。 (2) 国家財政措置の確定及び支払は、ドイツ連邦議会議長が召集するドイツ連邦議会の会議後２ヶ月以内に、候補者により文書によって請求されねばならず、その後の特別な請求は考慮されない。その総額はドイツ連邦議会議長により確定され、支払われる。 (3) 絶対的上限及び相対的上限に関する政党法の規定は適用されない。 |
Article 49b Government stocks for other lists of candidates(1) The candidates of a list presented in accordance with articles 18 and 20 by registered voters, who reached in an electoral district at least 10 percent of the first valid voices, obtain 4,00 DM per valid poll. These funds must appear in the federal budget. (2) The fixing and the payment of the government stocks must be required in writing by the candidate within two month following the meeting of Deutsche Bundestag near the President of Deutsche Bundestag; requests presented after this time are not taken into account. The amount is fixed and paid by the President of Deutsche Bundestag. (3) The provisions of the Law on the parties concerning the absolute and relative ceiling are not applied. § 49b National means for other set election suggestions(1) Applicants of a election suggestion, which at least 10 per cent the valid Erststimmen delivered in a constituency achieved, submitted in accordance with condition of the §§ 18 and 20 of voters, receive ever valid voice 4.00 German Mark. The means are to be yielded in the Federal Budget plan. (2) The appointment and the disbursement the national means are from the applicant within two months after meet the German federal Diet with the president of the German federal Diet in writing to request; afterwards detailed requests remain unconsidered. The amount is determined and disbursed by the president of the German federal Diet. (3) The regulations of the party law over the absolute and relative upper limit do not apply. |
