§ 50 Wahlkosten(1) Der Bund erstattet den Ländern zugleich für ihre Gemeinden (Gemeindeverbände) die durch die Wahl veranlaßten notwendigen Ausgaben durch einen festen, nach Gemeindegrößen abgestuften Betrag je Wahlberechtigten. (2) Der feste Betrag wird vom Bundesministerium des Innern mit Zustimmung des Bundesrates festgesetzt. Bei der Festsetzung werden laufende persönliche und sachliche Kosten und Kosten für Benutzung von Räumen und Einrichtungen der Länder und Gemeinden (Gemeindeverbände) nicht berücksichtigt. |
第50条 選挙費用(1) 連邦は、州に対し同時にその市町村（市町村連合）のためにも、一定の、市町村の規模に応じて段階のある選挙権者１人当の額により、選挙によって生じた必要費用を補償する。 (2) その定額は、連邦内務大臣が連邦参議院の同意を得て定める。これを定めるにあたって、経常的の人的及び物的費用並びに州及び市町村（市町村連合）の場所及び設備を利用する費用は、考慮しない。 |
