§ 29 Ausschluß von der Verbindung von Landeslisten

(1) Der Ausschluß von der Listenverbindung (§ 7) ist dem Bundeswahlleiter von der Vertrauensperson und der stellvertretenden Vertrauensperson der Landesliste durch gemeinsame schriftliche Erklärung spätestens am vierunddreißigsten Tage vor der Wahl bis 18 Uhr mitzuteilen.

(2) Der Bundeswahlausschuß entscheidet spätestens am dreißigsten Tage vor der Wahl über die Erklärungen nach Absatz 1. § 28 Abs. 1 Satz 2 gilt entsprechend. Die Entscheidung ist in der Sitzung des Bundeswahlausschusses bekanntzugeben.

(3) Der Bundeswahlleiter macht die Listenverbindungen und die Landeslisten, für die eine Erklärung nach Absatz 1 abgegeben wurde, spätestens am sechsundzwanzigsten Tage vor der Wahl öffentlich bekannt.

Article 29 Exclusion of the association of lists of Land

(1) The exclusion of the association of lists of Land (Article 7 above) must be communicated by common written declaration addressed to the president of the federal electoral Commission, by the delegate of the list of Land and its substitute, at the latest the thirty-fourth day, up to 18 hours, preceding the day by the election.

(2) The federal electoral Commission decides at the latest the thirtieth day preceding the day by the election, about the declarations envisaged with subparagraph 1 of this article; sentence 2 of subparagraph 1 of Article 28 above is applicable mutatis mutandis. The decision must be published at the time of the meeting of the federal electoral Commission.

(3) The president of the federal electoral Commission carries associations of lists and the lists of Land for which a statement was made in accordance with the subparagraph above, at the latest the twenty-sixth day preceding the election, with the knowledge of the public.

§ 29 Exclusion of the connection of national lists

(1) The exclusion of the listenverbindung (§ 7) is to be indicated to the federal returning officer of the man of confidence and the deputy man of confidence of the national list by common written assertion at the latest on the four and thirtieth day before the election to 18 o'clock.

(2) The federal election commitee decides at the latest on the thirtieth day before the election on the assertions in accordance with paragraph 1. § 28 exp. 1 record 2 applies accordingly. The decision is to be communicated in the session of the federal election commitee.

(3) The federal returning officer announces the listenverbindungen and the national lists, for which a declaration was made in accordance with paragraph 1, at the latest on the six-and-twentieth day before the election publicly.
