§ 30 Stimmzettel

(1) Die Stimmzettel, die zugehörigen Umschläge und die Wahlbriefumschläge (§ 36 Abs. 1) werden amtlich hergestellt.

(2) Der Stimmzettel enthält

1. für die Wahl in den Wahlkreisen die Namen der Bewerber der zugelassenen Kreiswahlvorschläge, bei Kreiswahlvorschlägen von Parteien außerdem die Namen der Parteien und, sofern sie eine Kurzbezeichnung verwenden, auch diese, bei anderen Kreiswahlvorschlägen außerdem das Kennwort,
2. für die Wahl nach Landeslisten die Namen der Parteien und, sofern sie eine Kurzbezeichnung verwenden, auch diese, sowie die Namen der ersten fünf Bewerber der zugelassenen Landeslisten.

(3) Die Reihenfolge der Landeslisten von Parteien, die im letzten Deutschen Bundestag vertreten waren, richtet sich nach der Zahl der Zweitstimmen, die sie bei der letzten Bundestagswahl im Land erreicht haben. Die übrigen Landeslisten schließen sich in alphabetischer Reihenfolge der Namen der Parteien an. Die Reihenfolge der Kreiswahlvorschläge richtet sich nach der Reihenfolge der entsprechenden Landeslisten. Sonstige Kreiswahlvorschläge schließen sich in alphabetischer Reihenfolge der Namen der Parteien oder der Kennwörter an.

Article 30 Ballot papers

(1) The ballot papers, the envelopes which must contain them, as well as the envelopes intended for the vote by correspondence (subparagraph 1 of Article 36 of this law) are made officially.

(2) The ballot paper contains

1. for the election in the electoral districts, the names of the candidates being reproduced on the allowed lists of district; when they are lists of candidates of emanating district of parties, the ballot paper contains moreover the names of the parties and, if the parties use a shortened name, he will also contain the latter; if they are other lists of candidates of district, he will contain moreover the password,
2. for the election according to lists' of Land, the names of the parties and, if the parties use a shortened name, it will also contain this name, as well as the names of the first five candidates of the allowed lists of Land.

(3) The command in which appear the lists of Land of the parties which were represented at the last Bundestag depends on the number of the second voices which they collected in Land at the time of the last legislative election. The other lists of Land follow the names of the parties, taking into account the alphabetical order in which they are presented. The command in which appear the lists of candidates of district depends on the command in which appear the corresponding lists of Land. The other lists of candidates of district follow the names of the parties or the passwords taking into account the alphabetical order in which they appear.

§ 30 Voting card

(1) The voting cards, the appropriate envelopes and the election envelopes (§ 36 exp. 1) are officially manufactured.

(2) The voting card contains

1. for the election in the constituencies the names of the candidates of the certified set election suggestions, with set election suggestions of parties additionally the names of the parties and, if they use a short-name, also these, with other set election suggestions additionally the password,
2. for the election after national lists the names of the parties and, if they use a short-name, also these, as well as the names of the first five applicants of the certified national lists.

(3) The sequence of the national lists of parties, which were represented in the last German Bundestag, depends on the number of the secondary voices, which achieved it with the last election to the Bundestag in the country. The remaining national lists follow in alphabetical order of the names of the parties. The sequence of the set election suggestions depends on the order of the appropriate national lists. Other set election suggestions follow in alphabetical order of the names of the parties or the passwords.
