§ 7 Listenverbindung(1) Landeslisten derselben Partei gelten als verbunden, soweit nicht erklärt wird, daß eine oder mehrere beteiligte Landeslisten von der Listenverbindung ausgeschlossen sein sollen. (2) Verbundene Listen gelten bei der Sitzverteilung im Verhältnis zu den übrigen Listen als eine Liste. (3) Die auf eine Listenverbindung entfallenden Sitze werden auf die beteiligten Landeslisten entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2 verteilt. § 6 Abs. 4 und 5 gilt entsprechend. |
第７条 名簿の結合(1) 関連する１つまたはいくつかの州名簿が名簿の結合から除外されることになっていることが明らかにされない限り、同一政党の州名簿は結合されたものと見なされる。 (2) 結合された名簿は、議席の配分に際して、他の名簿に対して１つの名簿とみなされる。 (3) 名簿の結合に配分される議席は、第６条第２項の規定によって関係州名簿に配分される。第６条第４項及び第５項の規定はこの場合に準用される。 |
Article 7 Association of lists(1) The lists of Land of a single party are regarded as related in so far as it is declared only one or that several participating lists of Land must be excluded from the association of lists. (2) During the distribution of the seats, the related lists are regarded as only one list compared to the other lists. (3) The seats collected by an association of lists are distributed on the participating lists of Land in accordance with subparagraph 2 of article 6. Subparagraphs 4 and 5 of article 6 are applicable mutatis mutandis. § 7 Listenverbindung(1) National lists the same party are considered as connected, as far as it is not explained that one or more national lists involved are to be excluded from the listenverbindung. (2) Connected lists apply during the allocation of seats in relation to the remaining lists as a list. (3) The seats which are allotted to a listenverbindung are distributed on the national lists involved according to §6 exp. 2. §6 exp. 4 and 5 applies accordingly. |
