Artikel 31.
Zu einem Beschluß des Nationalrates ist, soweit in diesem Gesetz nicht anderes bestimmt oder im Bundesgesetz über die Geschäftsordnung des Nationalrates für einzelne Angelegenheiten nicht anderes festgelegt ist, die Anwesenheit von mindestens einem Drittel der Mitglieder und die unbedingte Mehrheit der abgegebenen Stimmen erforderlich.

国民議会の決議につき、本法において、または国民議会の議院規則に関する連邦法において個々の事項に関し特段の定めのない限り、議員のうちの最低３分の１の出席、および投ぜられた票の絶対多数が必須である。

Art. 31.
Save as otherwise provided in this law or as otherwise laid down in the Federal law on the Standing Orders with regard to individual matters, the presence of at least one third of the members and an absolute majority of the votes cast is requisite to a vote by the National Council.
