Artikel 127c.Schaffen die Länder für ihren Bereich dem Rechnungshof gleichartige Einrichtungen, so kann durch Landesverfassungsgesetz eine dem Art. 126a erster Satz entsprechende Regelung getroffen werden. Art. 126a zweiter bis vierter Satz gilt auch in diesem Fall.

第127c条諸州が、その領域に関して、会計検査院と同種の機構を設置する場合は、当該州の憲法的法律には、第126a条第１段に相応する規定を設けることができる。第126a条第２段から第４段もまた、この場合に準用する。

Art. 127c.If the Laender, for their sphere of competence, create institutions equivalent to the Public Audit Office, Land constitutional law may provide for a regulation corresponding to Art.126a, first sentence. In such case, sentences two to four of Art.126a apply as well.
