Artikel 123a.(1) Der Präsident des Rechnungshofes ist berechtigt, an den Verhandlungen über die Berichte des Rechnungshofes, die Bundesrechnungsabschlüsse, Anträge betreffend die Durchführung besonderer Akte der Gebarungsüberprüfung durch den Rechnungshof und die den Rechnungshof betreffenden Kapitel des Entwurfes des Bundesfinanzgesetzes im Nationalrat sowie in seinen Ausschüssen (Unterausschüssen) teilzunehmen.(2) Der Präsident des Rechnungshofes hat nach den näheren Bestimmungen des Bundesgesetzes über die Geschäftsordnung des Nationalrates das Recht, auf sein Verlangen in den Verhandlungen zu den in Absatz 1 angeführten Gegenständen jedesmal gehört zu werden.

第123a条(1) 会計検査院の長官は、国民議会ならびにその委員会（小委員会）において、会計検査院の報告、連邦決算報告、会計検査院による運営検査の特別法令の実施に関係する動議、および、連邦予算法の原案の会計検査院に関係する章、に関する討議に参加する権限を有する。(2) 会計検査院の長官は、国民議会の議院規則に関する連邦法の詳細な規定に従って、第１項において掲げられた主題に対する討議において、自らの請求に基づき何時でも発言する、権利を有する。

Art. 123a.(1) The President of the Public Audit Office is entitled to participate in the debate by the National Council and its committees (sub-committees) on reports by the Public Audit Office, on the final Federal budget accounts, on motions concerning implementation of specific actions in the Public Audit Office's examination of the administration of public funds, and on the sections relating to the Public Audit Office in the Federal Finance Act.(2) The President of the Public Audit Office has, in accordance with the detailed provisions of the Federal law on the National Council's Standing Orders, always the right at his own request to be heard in the debates on the subjects listed in para. 1 above.
