Artikel 123.(1) Der Präsident des Rechnungshofes ist hinsichtlich der Verantwortlichkeit den Mitgliedern der Bundesregierung oder den Mitgliedern der in Betracht kommenden Landesregierung gleichgestellt, je nachdem der Rechnungshof als Organ des Nationalrates oder eines Landtages tätig ist.(2) Er kann durch Beschluß des Nationalrates abberufen werden.

第123条(1) 会計検査院の長官は、責任に関して、連邦政府の閣僚または考慮される州政府の閣僚と同等とされ、時に応じて、会計検査院は、国民議会または州議会の機関として行動する。(2) 会計検査院の長官は、国民議会の決議によって罷免することができる。

Art. 123.(1) With regard to accountability the President of the Public Audit Office has the same status as members of the Federal Government or of members of the Land Government concerned, depending on whether the Public Audit Office acts as agent of the National Council or a Diet.(2) The President of the Public Audit Office can be relieved of office by a vote of the National Council.
