§ 41 Feststellung des Wahlergebnisses im Wahlkreis(1) Der Kreiswahlausschuß stellt fest, wieviel Stimmen im Wahlkreis für die einzelnen Kreiswahlvorschläge und Landeslisten abgegeben worden sind und welcher Bewerber als Wahlkreisabgeordneter gewählt ist. (2) Der Kreiswahlleiter benachrichtigt den gewählten Wahlkreisabgeordneten und fordert ihn auf, binnen einer Woche schriftlich zu erklären, ob er die Wahl annimmt. |
第41条 選挙区における選挙結果の確定(1) 選挙区選挙委員会は、当該選挙区において個々の選挙区候補者推薦及び州名簿に対して何票が投ぜられたか、及びいずれの候補者が選挙区議員として当選したかを確定する。 (2) 選挙区選挙長は、当選した選挙区議員に通知し、１週内で文書をもってその選挙を承諾するかどうかにつき意思表示をなすべき旨を要求する。 |
Article 41 Examination of the vote in the electoral district(1) The electoral commission of district makes sure of the number of voices which were expressed in the electoral district in favour of the various lists of candidates of district and lists of Land and of the candidate who was elected as a deputy of the electoral district. (2) The president of the electoral commission of district into formless the deputy of the elected electoral district and invites it to state in writing, within one week, if it accepts the election. § 41 Statement of the election result in the constituency(1) The set election commitee determines, how much voices in the constituency for the individual set election suggestions and national lists were delivered and which applicants as a constituency delegate are elected.
