§ 40 Entscheidung des Wahlvorstandes
Der Wahlvorstand entscheidet über die Gültigkeit der abgegebenen Stimmen und über alle bei der Wahlhandlung und bei der Ermittlung des Wahlergebnisses sich ergebenden Anstände. Der Kreiswahlausschuß hat das Recht der Nachprüfung.

投票所は、投票の効力並びに投票手続及び投票結果の調査に際して発生する一切の異議について決定する。選挙委員会は、再審査の権利を有する。

Article 40 Decision of the electoral office
The electoral office decides validity of the votes cast and about all the difficulties which can intervene at the time of the electoral operations and the examination. The electoral commission of district can exert a right of control concerning these decisions.
§ 40 Decision of the wahlvorstandes
The wahlvorstand decides resulting in the case of the determination of the election result on the validity of the delivered voices and on all in the case of the polling and would pend oneself. The set election commitee has the right of the check.
