§ 42 Feststellung des Ergebnisses der Landeslistenwahl(1) Der Landeswahlausschuß stellt fest, wieviel Stimmen im Land für die einzelnen Landeslisten abgegeben worden sind. (2) Der Bundeswahlausschuß stellt fest, wieviel Sitze auf die einzelnen Landeslisten entfallen und welche Bewerber gewählt sind. (3) Der Landeswahlleiter benachrichtigt die Gewählten und fordert sie auf, binnen einer Woche schriftlich zu erklären, ob sie die Wahl annehmen. |
第42条 州名簿選挙の結果の確定(1) 州選挙委員会は、当該州において個々の州名簿に対して何票が投票されたかを確定する。 (2) 連邦選挙委員会は、個々の州名簿に何個の議席が配当され、いずれの候補者が当選したかを確定する。 (3) 州選挙長は、当選人に通知し、１週内に選挙を受諾するかどうかにつき文書をもって意思表示をなすべき旨を要求する。 |
Article 42 Examination of the vote in favour of the lists of Land(1) The electoral commission of Land ensures itself of the number of voices which were expressed in Land in favour of the various lists of Land. (2) The federal electoral Commission ensures itself of the number of the seats which fall to the various lists of Land and the names of the elected candidates. (3) The president of the electoral commission of Land informs the elected candidates and invites them to declare in writing, within one week, if they accept the election. § 42 Statement of the result of the national landeslistenwahl(1) The national election commitee determines, how much voices in the country for the individual national lists were delivered. (2) The federal election commitee determines, how much seats are elected been allotted to the individual national lists and which applicants. (3) The national returning officer informs the electing and requests her to explain within one week in writing whether they assume the election. |
