§ 33 Wahrung des Wahlgeheimnisses(1) Es sind Vorkehrungen dafür zu treffen, daß der Wähler den Stimmzettel unbeobachtet kennzeichnen und in den Umschlag legen kann. Für die Aufnahme der Umschläge sind Wahlurnen zu verwenden, die die Wahrung des Wahlgeheimnisses sicherstellen. (2) Ein Wähler, der des Lesens unkundig oder durch körperliche Gebrechen behindert ist, den Stimmzettel zu kennzeichnen, in den Wahlumschlag zu legen, diesen dem Wahlvorsteher zu übergeben oder selbst in die Wahlurne zu legen, kann sich der Hilfe einer anderen Person bedienen. |
