§ 32 Unzulässige Wahlpropaganda und Unterschriftensammlung, unzulässige Veröffentlichung von Wählerbefragungen(1) Während der Wahlzeit sind in und an dem Gebäude, in dem sich der Wahlraum befindet, sowie unmittelbar vor dem Zugang zu dem Gebäude jede Beeinflussung der Wähler durch Wort, Ton, Schrift oder Bild sowie jede Unterschriftensammlung verboten. (2) Die Veröffentlichung von Ergebnissen von Wählerbefragungen nach der Stimmabgabe über den Inhalt der Wahlentscheidung ist vor Ablauf der Wahlzeit unzulässig. |
第32条 違法な選挙宣伝と署名収集、「出口調査」の違法な公表(1) 選挙期間中は、投票所の存在する建物の内外だけでなく、建物への直接の通路においても、言語、音響、文書、図画だけでなく署名収集など、一切の選挙人に影響を及ぼす行為は、禁止される。 (2) 投票後の選挙人への選定内容についての聞き取り調査結果の公表は、投票時間終了前にあっては違法である。 |
Article 32 Electioneering propaganda and inadmissible collections of signatures, inadmissible publication of investigations into the intentions of vote(1) Any attempt to influence the voter by the word, the sound, the writing or the image just as any collection of signatures are prohibited during the election time in and with the accesses of the buildings which shelter the polling station like directly in front of the access to this building. (2) The publication of results of surveys on the intentions of vote of the voters is not acceptable before the closing of the polling stations. § 32 Illegal election propaganda and collection of signatures, illegal publication of voter questionings(1) While the election time are in and at the building, in which the election space is, as well as directly before the acces to the building each influence of the voters by word, tone, writing or picture as well as each collection of signatures forbade. (2) The publication of results of voter questionings after the casting of votes over contents of the election decision is illegal before flow of the election time. |
