§ 23 Zurücknahme von Kreiswahlvorschlägen
Ein Kreiswahlvorschlag kann durch gemeinsame schriftliche Erklärung der Vertrauensperson und der stellvertretenden Vertrauensperson zurückgenommen werden, solange nicht über seine Zulassung entschieden ist. Ein von mindestens 200 Wahlberechtigten unterzeichneter Kreiswahlvorschlag kann auch von der Mehrheit der Unterzeichner durch eine von ihnen persönlich und handschriftlich vollzogene Erklärung zurückgenommen werden.

第23条 選挙区候補者推薦の撤回
選挙区候補者推薦は、その承認について決定されない間は、信任者およびその代理者による共同の文書による意思表示によって撤回することができる。
少なくとも200人の選挙権者により署名された選挙区候補者推薦は、署名者の過半数が自ら手書した意思表示によってもまたこれを撤回することができる。

Article 23 Withdrawal of the lists of candidates of district
A list of candidates of district can be withdrawn under the terms of a common written statement made by the delegate and his substitute, as much as it was not decided of its admission. A list of candidates of district signed by at least 200 registered voters can also be withdrawn by the majority of the signatories under the terms of a personal statement and in writing made by the latter.
§ 23 Withdrawal of set election suggestions
A set election suggestion can be taken back by common written assertion of the man of confidence and the deputy man of confidence, as long as is not decided on its permission. Of at least 200 voters a unterzeichneter set election suggestion can be taken back also by the majority of the signers by one of them personally and handwritten carried out assertion.
