§ 17 Wählerverzeichnis und Wahlschein(1) Die Gemeindebehörden führen für jeden Wahlbezirk ein Verzeichnis der Wahlberechtigten. Das Wählerverzeichnis ist an den Werktagen vom zwanzigsten bis zum sechzehnten Tag vor der Wahl öffentlich auszulegen. (2) Ein Wahlberechtigter, der verhindert ist, in dem Wahlbezirk zu wählen, in dessen Wählerverzeichnis er eingetragen ist, oder der aus einem von ihm nicht zu vertretenden Grund in das Wählerverzeichnis nicht aufgenommen worden ist, erhält auf Antrag einen Wahlschein. |
第17条 選挙人名簿及び選挙証(1) 市町村行政庁は、各投票区のために選挙人名簿を調整する。選挙人名簿は、選挙の前第20日から第16日までの平日の間、公示されねばならない。 (2) その選挙人名簿に登録された投票区において、投票することに支障ある選挙人、またはその責めに帰すべからざる理由によって選挙人名簿に登録されなかった選挙人は、申請により選挙証を与えられる。 |
Article 17 Electoral roll and voter registration card(1) The communal authorities hold, for each electoral district, a list of the registered voters. The electoral roll must be exposed publicly during the working days to make it possible each one to take note of it, of the twentieth day until the sixteenth day preceding the day by the election. (2) A registered voter who is prevented from voting in an electoral district where it is reproduced on the electoral roll, or which, for a reason for which he is not responsible, is not included in the electoral roll, will see itself delivering a voter registration card on request. § 17 Waehlerverzeichnis and wahlschein(1) The municipality authorities lead a directory of the voters for each electoral district. The waehlerverzeichnis is to be laid out at the working-days from the twentieth to the sixteenth day before the election publicly. (2) A voter, which is prevented, in the electoral district to elect, in whose waehlerverzeichnis it is entered, or which was not taken up from one of it not reason which can be represented to the waehlerverzeichnis, receives on request a wahlschein. |
