§ 14 Ausübung des Wahlrechts

(1) Wählen kann nur, wer in ein Wählerverzeichnis eingetragen ist oder einen Wahlschein hat.

(2) Wer im Wählerverzeichnis eingetragen ist, kann nur in dem Wahlbezirk wählen, in dessen Wählerverzeichnis er geführt wird.

(3) Wer einen Wahlschein hat, kann an der Wahl des Wahlkreises, in dem der Wahlschein ausgestellt ist,

  1. durch Stimmabgabe in einem beliebigen Wahlbezirk dieses Wahlkreises oder
  2. durch Briefwahl
teilnehmen.

(4) Jeder Wahlberechtigte kann sein Wahlrecht nur einmal und nur persönlich ausüben.

第14条 選挙権の行使

(1) 選挙人名簿に登録された者、又は選挙証を有する者のみが投票することができる。

(2) 選挙人名簿に登録された者は、その選挙人名簿に登録された投票区においてのみ投票することができる。

(3) 選挙証を有する者は、選挙証の発行された選挙区の選挙に、次に掲げる方法によって参加することができる。

  1. 当該選挙区の任意の一投票区における投票
  2. 郵便投票

(4) 全ての選挙権者は、その選挙権を１回限り及び自身でのみ行使することができる。

Article 14 Exercise of the voting rights

(1) Only is authorized to vote which is reproduced on an electoral roll or has a ballot paper.

(2) Which is reproduced on an electoral roll can vote only in the electoral district where its name appears in the list of the voters.

(3) Which has a voter registration card is authorized to take part in the election in the electoral district in which the aforementioned card was delivered,

  1. by exerting its voting rights in an electoral district of its choice, forming part of this electoral district, or
  2. as a voter by correspondence.

(4) Whole registered voter can exert his voting rights only once and that personally.

§ 14 Practice of the right to vote

(1) To elect can only, who is entered into a waehlerverzeichnis or a wahlschein has.

(2) Who is entered in the waehlerverzeichnis, can elect only in the electoral district, in whose waehlerverzeichnis it is led.

(3) Who has a wahlschein, can at the election of the constituency, in which the wahlschein is issued, participate.

  1. by casting of votes in any electoral district of this constituency or
  2. by briefwahl

(4) Each voter can be right to vote only once and exercise only personally.
