§ 13 Ausschluß vom Wahlrecht

1. wer infolge Richterspruchs das Wahlrecht nicht besitzt,
2. derjenige, für den zur Besorgung aller seiner Angelegenheiten ein Betreuer nicht nur durch einstweilige Anordnung bestellt ist; dies gilt auch, wenn der Aufgabenkreis des Betreuers die in § 1896 Abs. 4 und § 1905 des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs bezeichneten Angelegenheiten nicht erfaßt,
3. wer sich auf Grund einer Anordnung nach § 63 in Verbindung mit § 20 des Strafgesetzbuches in einem psychiatrischen Krankenhaus befindet.

Article 13 Exclusion of the voting rights

1. which, following a given judgement, does not have the voting rights,
2. which, for which, for the execution of all his personal businesses, an assistant was named not only by provisional measure; that also applies when the prerogatives of the assistant do not relate to the businesses mentioned with subparagraph 4 of article 1896 and article 1905 of the Civil code,
3. which, under the terms of a legal regulation in conformity with Article 63 jointly in Article 20 of the Penal code, is interned in a psychiatric hospital.

§ 13 Exclusion of the right to vote

1. who does not possess the right to vote due to court decision,
2. that, for which for provision everything of his affairs a responsible person is not only ordered by provisional arrangement; this applies also, if the field of duties of the responsible person does not enter the affairs defined in § 1896 exp. 4 and § 1905 of the civil law book,
3. who due to an arrangement after § 63 in connection with § 20 of the penal code in a psychiatric hospital is.
