Artikel 38.
Der Nationalrat und der Bundesrat treten als Bundesversammlung in gemeinsamer öffentlicher Sitzung zur Angelobung des Bundespräsidenten, ferner zur Beschlußfassung über eine Kriegserklärung am Sitz des Nationalrates zusammen.

国民議会および連邦参議院は、連邦大統領の宣誓のために、さらに宣戦布告に関する議決のために、国民議会の所在地で合同の公開された会議において連邦総会として会合する。

Art. 38.
The National Council and the Federal Council meet as the Federal Assembly in joint public session at the seat of the National Council for the affirmation of the Federal President as well as for the adoption of a resolution on a declaration of war.
