Artikel 106.
Zur Leitung des inneren Dienstes des Amtes der Landesregierung wird ein rechtskundiger Verwaltungsbeamter als Landesamtsdirektor bestellt. Er ist auch in den Angelegenheiten der mittelbaren Bundesverwaltung das Hilfsorgan des Landeshauptmannes.

州政庁の内部の職務の指揮のために、法的資格のある行政官を州行政長官として任命する。州行政長官は、間接的連邦行政に関する事項においても、州知事の補助機関とする。

Art. 106.
An administrative civil servant with legal training will be appointed to take charge as The Land administration's chief executive of the Land Government Office's internal services. He is also the official assistant of the Governor in matters pertaining to the indirect Federal administration.
