Das Recht der Auflösung des Bundestages steht ihm nicht zu. |

Article 136 [First assembly of the Bundesrat](1) The Bundesrat shall convene for the first time on the day of the first assembly of the Bundestag.(2) Until the election of the first Federal President the powers of that office shall be exercised by the President of the Bundesrat. The latter shall not have the right to dissolve the Bundestag. |
