§ 1 Zusammensetzung des Deutschen Bundestages und Wahlrechtsgrundsätze(1) Der Deutsche Bundestag besteht vorbehaltlich der sich aus diesem Gesetz ergebenden Abweichungen aus 598 Abgeordneten. Sie werden in allgemeiner, unmittelbarer, freier, gleicher und geheimer Wahl von den wahlberechtigten Deutschen nach den Grundsätzen einer mit der Personenwahl verbundenen Verhältniswahl gewählt. (2) Von den Abgeordneten werden 299 nach Kreiswahlvorschlägen in den Wahlkreisen und die übrigen nach Landeswahlvorschlägen (Landeslisten)gewählt. |
第１条 連邦議会の構成及び選挙権の原則(1) ドイツ連邦議会は、この法律から生ずる例外を留保して、598人の議員により構成される。議員は、普通、直接、自由、平等及び秘密の投票により、選挙権を有するドイツ人によって、個人選挙と結合した比例代表の原則に従って選挙される。 (2) 議員のうちの299人は選挙区候補者推薦により選挙区において、その他は州候補者推薦（州名簿）によって選挙される。 |
Article 1 Composition of the Bundestag and principles governing the electoral right(1) The German Bundestag, subject to the exemptions resulting from this law, is composed of 598 deputies. Those are elected, with the poll universal, direct, free, equal and secret, by the registered German voters, in accordance with the principles governing the vote proportional, combined with the nominal vote. (2) Among the deputies, 299 are elected on lists of candidates of district, in the electoral districts, while the others emanate from the lists of candidates presented to the level of Lander (lists of Land). § 1 Composition of the German Bundestag and right to vote principles(1) The German Bundestag consists subject to the deviations resulting from this law of 598 delegates. They are elected in general, direct, free, same and secret election by the Germans entitled to vote after the principles of elections on the basis of proportional representation connected with the person election. (2) By the delegates 299 after set election suggestions in the constituencies and the remaining is elected after election of Land suggestions (lists of Land). |
