§ 49 Anfechtung
Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen, die sich unmittelbar auf das Wahlverfahren beziehen, können nur mit den in diesem Gesetz und in der Bundeswahlordnung vorgesehenen Rechtsbehelfen sowie im Wahlprüfungsverfahren angefochten werden.

第49条 不服の申立
直接に選挙手続に関係する決定及び措置に対しては、この法律及び連邦選挙法令並びに選挙審査手続に規定する法律援助によってのみ不服を申し立てることができる。

Article 49 Proceedings for annulment
The decisions and measurements which refer directly to the electoral procedure cannot be the proceedings object for annulment that if it is made use of the means of recourse envisaged in the present law and the regulation governing the legislative elections, like according to a procedure of checking of the poll.
§ 49 Contestation
Decisions and measures, which refer directly to the election procedure, can be contested only with in this law and in the federal electoral law pleas designated as well as in the election check procedure.
