§ 38 Feststellung des Briefwahlergebnisses
Der für die Briefwahl eingesetzte Wahlvorstand stellt fest, wieviel durch Briefwahl abgegebene Stimmen auf die einzelnen Kreiswahlvorschläge und Landeslisten entfallen.

The electoral office set up for the vote by correspondence is ensured of the number of votes cast by means of the vote by correspondence in favour of the various lists of candidates of district and lists of Land.
