Artikel 60 [Ernennung und Entlassung der Bundesrichter, Bundesbeamten und Soldaten; Begnadigungsrecht](1) Der Bundespräsident ernennt und entläßt die Bundesrichter, die Bundesbeamten, die Offiziere und Unteroffiziere, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist.(2) Er übt im Einzelfalle für den Bund das Begnadigungsrecht aus. (3) Er kann diese Befugnisse auf andere Behörden übertragen. (4) Die Absätze 2 bis 4 des Artikels 46 finden auf den Bundespräsidenten entsprechende Anwendung. |
第60条 [官吏の任命および罷免、恩赦](1) 連邦大統領は、法律に別段の定めがない限り、連邦裁判官、連邦官吏、士官および下士官を任命および罷免する。(2) 連邦大統領は、個別の事件において、連邦を代表して、恩赦権を行使する。 (3) 連邦大統領は、これらの権能を他の官庁に委任することができる。 (4) 第46条2項から4項までの規定は、連邦大統領に準用する。 |
Article 60 [Appointment and dismissal of federal judges, federal civil servants and officers of the Armed Forces; prerogative of pardon](1) The Federal President shall appoint and dismiss federal judges, federal civil servants and commissioned and non-commissioned officers of the Armed Forces unless otherwise provided for by law.(2) The Federal President shall exercise the prerogative of pardon in individual cases on behalf of the Federation. (3) These powers may be delegated to other authorities. (4) Paragraphs (2) to (4) of Article 46 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Federal President. |
