§ 5 Wahl in den Wahlkreisen

In jedem Wahlkreis wird ein Abgeordneter gewählt. Gewählt ist der Bewerber, der die meisten Stimmen auf sich vereinigt. Bei Stimmengleichheit entscheidet das vom Kreiswahlleiter zu ziehende Los.

すべての選挙区において一人の議員が選挙される。当選者は最多の投票を得た候補者である。得票数同数の場合には、選挙区選挙長の引く籤で決定する。

Article 5 Election in the electoral districts

In each electoral district is elected a deputy. Is elected the candidate who joins together on him the greatest number of voices. In the event of parity of voice, the decision will be acquired by drawing of lots, to which will have to proceed the president of the electoral commission of the district.

§ 5 Election in the constituencies

In each constituency a delegate is elected. The applicant, who combines most voices on itself, is elected. With equality of votes the lot which can be drawn from the set returning officer decides.
